Happy FriYay! Started out with a trip to the hospital for some labs- cholesterol is still high and something else was through the roof but I mean I do have an auto immune disorder so there's that. Off work at noon since I work tomorrow. We went down to the shop, stopped at Sugardemon, then got the grocery shopping done. Strange day-  Sun, rain, snow,sunny with snow pellets, sunny with snow, now windy and cold. Laundry is in the dryer and now time to relax. Have a great night!

Have you hurt your knee or is it just Arthritis? As I get older I hate that there are aches and pains that just travel from one join to another- and I'm not THAT old lol! Hope it warms up for yoU!
