Dear Eileen,
I am so sorry that you are in such pain. The bruising and swelling does take time. All that injury along with your neck is surely a lot to cope with. Take whatever pain medication you can and use heating pads or ice as needed. It was probably difficult to go to a funeral, but at least you went with someone. Just be gentle with yourself about getting things done. Try-- I know it can be the hardest thing to do. I am sending you all my best wishes. Love and gentle hugs. xox
