My toes are crossed for excellent result on the A1c...it's a tough one for most these days, my doc told me it's to much bread with refined sugar added, I know I can eliminate deserts & sodas but I do have an issue giving up bread, now I choose more whole grains & sourdough and when that bloaty feeling happens I find lettuces wraps or boats in place of bread, a week or so with all the right fillings you forget the breads missing...hehehe this time of year I'm more fruits & fresh veggies, even those can be bad in excess, hell it's a losing battle...

I'm off to clear & then start a lovely day of baking & house work....love & hugs
