Hello Sweet, it was a bright start here today too, soon clouded over though. K is better today so he did the shopping in Morry's we didnt need much , just fresh fruit and my dairy free items mainly. Glad your physio went well. l always when doing thigh strengthening exercises cheat lol. l stand back to the wall and slowly but deliberately move down the wall to a chair position and hold for as long as l can. Slide to standing position and repeat. Its great if you have bad knees. You can do squats using a chair , and others whilst seated. Please dont overdo the exercises at the start , listen to your body it will let you know if a rest is needed. Enjoy your evening sweet, l am resting now.. M brought his monthly laundry for me, l have just finished. Your soup sound delish, not sure what we will have . We do have plenty of cooked Beef left so will use that in some way l guess.
