So I missed the bus Judith by a minute as both dogs decided they wanted to sniff every single bush, post, railing, gate on the way up...... so it would be another hour before the bus would come along, so just took them local, although to the otherside of my town but it is a walk down & uphill either way...... but good exercise for them but for me my knee was aching, as there is a part that you have to go up or down load of steps, of course the dogs scampered up so fast it jarred my knee... so then onwards it was hurting a bit......... resting it tonight maybe tomorrow a gentle flat area of walking is a good idea....... anyway they have both just been fed, it is drizzly out there so going to sort out hedgehog food then relax for the evening xxx
