Hi Sweet, its a beautiful day here too, the frost is sparkling in the sunshine. Of course its chilly but with no wind the 0C doesnt feel cold outside. No plans for today, l have enough food to last, Chicken breast for tonight ..and maybe a salad not decided on what to go with the Chicken just yet. The exercise l gave you is mainly for strengthening the knees but utilising the thighs too. When sitting (to stand) lean forward and push up from your bottom that too helps the thighs and lifts the muscles in you bum . Those two are worth doing along with the ones physio gave you. I used to use the stairs to help my thighs but my knees are shot so cant do them anymore lol. . Do have a super day relaxing with your movies etc sweet. Happy New Year to you both. Hello dearest Ju. Cold and frosty here, but the sun is attempting to shine. We braved Aldi's earlier, it wasn't too bad and we got some great reduced bargains. I'm sorry J is the bear with a sore head, and hope he feels better soon. If you want me to cast a spell, you know where I am! No plans for the rest of today. The sofa, kindle, and plenty of tea sounds like a plan. I hope you're having a relaxing afternoon and, if I don't catch you before the wretched year ends, I'll 'see' you next year.
