Hello Sweet, yes enjoyed the roast lunch yesterday. Tummy groaned a bit, but settled again after. My weight is creeping back up so will have to watch myself with what l eat. I was losing it far too quickly it worried me a bit. I know l was poorly and sleep nigh on impossible. Anyway all good now l know l can gain it again. I was losing 3lbs a day last week. Far too fast, l am flabby enough lol. . How nice you will have a roast cooked for you, and Adara is coming up. The weather has been and still is awfully wet, you were lucky to get our washing dry. Monday next weather is meant to be dry fingers crossed . l have lots of towels and linens to wash. Have a good evening Hun, take care too. Lots of love xx
