Morning Judith well suns shown up but feels warmer this morning no frost
the jab basically makes you not really want to eat much i cut some of carbs out like bread pots & i think my portions have literally halved if not less!
yeah £175 a month is a lot but i feel so much better with it & although GP cant prescribe for me he is keeping eye on me!! thinks some of that is i met my new GP 6yrs ago when he worked in A&E so known him at work too!!
