Morning dear Sue,
Hope your school run have agoodday and it’s warmer and brighter, yesterday was so  cold after that lovely weather, Doc is doing more bloods as everything is looking ok from recent scans and appointment with specialist, she’s looking to see if the imbalance of my Vitamins in body are causing this ever rising ALP level  ? She was  a good listener I explained some things I don’t eat and won’t eat and how I have tweaked my diet so the bile attacks don’t happen and haven’t in 7 mths not going backwards to have that happen again, let’s face it most vitamins can be addressed with tabs ?  Voting for us later Lovely and you ?. More cooking for W ,your house will be smelling yummy , take care enjoy your day Sue, luv ya big, xxxxx
