Good evening Sue I hope you have had a good day I am so pleased to hear that completion went through smoothly.  I completely understand that you are feeling so much lighter, it will sink in eventually and the burden of it all has been lifted for you. The storm has arrived here too, it was very windy this morning when I walked Pippin but it was dry. We have had rain on and off since this afternoon but I think the wind is easing.  Pippin definitely has muddy paws as thanks to the building work most of the back garden is mud lol!  I am hopeful of the lawn reappearing in the Spring!
