Hi Sue, good for you having a lazy day, I'm sure you enjoyed it! Ha yes the sweet stuff usually goes down a treat, having a proper little oven is great, they don't come out too well in an air fryer and it took half a day to do 2 cakes, enough of that! I had an early start today as I was at the dentist for a check up at 8.30 so I decided to pop to the shops for yet more ingredients, I'm stocked up with all that I need now, hopefully! It's housework day tomorrow so this afternoon I'm putting my feet up. I hope you're sofa surfing this afternoon, I think it's still a bit too wet out to do much outside.
