Hi Dee, how did you get on with your physio? I think John could do with some of that to strengthen his legs, but he doesn’t have the stamina to bother with it. Just getting to the shops in the car is a big challenge,, it’s quite sad to see how he is now, after being so active up to a couple of years ago. We had a Chinese lunch here today to celebrate Chinese new year, it made a change, and no  tea to cook! Death in Paradise on tonight, something I like to watch, it’s a struggle to find anything some evenings. Take care of yourself Dee xx
