Hi Dee, bit of a miserable day weather wise.We got to Southmead just after ten, and left at twelve, it was chucking it down so got soaked just getting to the entrance, most of the time waiting for x ray. In with the consultant for about five minutes. John has been discharged now thank goodness, I can do without trips to that hospital. I have planted up my patio pots, they look pretty, although getting somewhat windswept. Not much to watch on tv if you’re not keen on football, I suppose it will be nothing but  now for weeks! Or tennis, or cricket. I was thinking today that it’s two years since I’ve seen the sea, I suppose Devon would be the nearest, I don’t call the Bristol Channel a sea! I am going to have a bit of a refurb in my kitchen, new worktops, hob, sink and taps, might as well spend the money on something, now we don’t do any cruising we seem to be accumulating a bit of cash, I can think of plenty to spend it on though! xx
