Evening Dee, I think I am going to melt away if this heat continues, I hate it with a vengeance! John hasn’t been out all the week, but I did get to the optician this morning to review my new glasses. The trouble now is that I have one eye with perfect vision and one is shortsighted, so my addled brain is having trouble getting the two in sync! He said it could take three weeks. Was it this week you were seeing the hip consultant? My hydrangea’s flowers are drying up, like I’m trying to dry them for indoors, the plant is well watered, and not in much sun at all, I hope it recovers when the temperature drops. Keep cool Dee xx
