I've had a good day.  My S.I.L came down on the train.  We had an amble through the market then went and had some lunch.  She wanted to go down to the sea front, and get a breath of sea air  It was very blowy.  Then it was back on the bus to take her to the station for a train home, and another bus for me to go home.  Very exhausting.  The step counter on my phone, said I did 10,502 steps. No wonder I was so tired, I was almost on my knees.
