I've just been to see the physiotherapist(the appt that was originally booked for January). She doesn't need to see me again, I've got to keep doing the exercises at home. Those are the ones for the arthritis in my spine, I might well see her again, as I'm waiting for an appt. to sort my arm out, the one I injured nearly a year ago.
