Hi Lizzy good night …silly o’clock sprinkle . Still very windy here during the day . Had a lovely morning with friends from school/work went to a woodland for a walk but it has an adventure playground and cafe too .The one friend is looking after her three grandchildren during the holidays . They are lovely children . It’s been a proud parents time . My son is first author of a paper about his research PhD on ultra processed food which was published on Monday . He has been interviewed by BBC radio 4 and 5 and was filmed and on ITV National news yesterday and tonight he was live by zoom call on Sky tv News .
