Ambulance took me to hospital 2 nights in a row. Admitted me & now I’m wearing a heart monitor for 2 weeks & lots of tests. Getting old sucks!

How are the temps today?
We're at 91, heat index at 96. Expecting heavy thunderstorms tonight. Generator at the ready! Lately, every time it rains, we lose power. Sometimes for long periods of time.

Well, hopefully I'll get to at least wade in Lake Erie when we go. It'll be just for a day & a night. For our 43rd anniversary. We're staying in a small old-fashioned motel not too far from the Peninsula. It has good reviews. Plus I want to meet a lady I talk to all the time up there . She works in a floor store.
