Hi Ree, good evening. Hope all is well. Weather very cold last few days. Tomorrow lots and lots of rain.Work last few been slow. happy tomorrow is Friday, yessssssssssssssssssssssss. I started treatment  days ago. Both went very good. Whole body treatment. I went to a  Osteopath, offers a path to recovery with a holistic approach to pain relief. They treat the whole body not just where the pain is. This all new to me. And I love it. Believe it or not , this is the best I ever felt, The position they put you in, the pulling, they fix my tingling hands. Deep breathe in and out. Incredible feeling. i have a few more treatment and I should be a brand new man. Hopefully. Lots of exercise to do between treatments. So I think I headed in the right direction. Mind and body.
