So sorry for my long absence. My pregnant daughter hasn’t been well and ended up in intensive care. At one point I thought I was going to lose both my daughter and granddaughter on the Friday morning but she stabilised. My daughter had an emergency caesarean section at 29 weeks as her condition deteriorated. I went to bed thinking I can get some sleep they’re both stable, one hour later I back at the hospital waiting on the news on how things were going. My beautiful granddaughter was brought out of theatre with what seemed like a guard of honour. It was lovely seeing my old colleagues but I wish it wasn’t under such circumstances. Mum has been discharged but baby will be in special care until possibly the 31st January 2026, her due date. Baby is gaining weight and is doing well.

Happy Tuesday! Got a lot done at work and a lot that didn't get done, but I can only do so much. Little Tessa got to come be an office dog for an hour this morning since she had an vet appt at 9 and it was easier to just bring her to work first. Wish we could have dogs there all the time! COld out today and I had to shovel off the deck again- hopefully we get a break. Roads were horrid for the hubby this morning! Just relaxing for a bit then off to bed. Have a nice night!

That will be nice to have her home!  My Nephew is going to go back to Arizona for Christmas. My sister didn't equip him very well for the midwest weather lol I found out he didn't have boots or gloves so I was going to send some to him but he called her and she ordered some for him. I think his other Aunt got him his winter coat. My sister was born out here but clearly has forgotten what winter is like lol
