hump day splash 🐪🐪 hi Judi. it's warming back up to the 90s. I was sure hoping the cool weather was here to stay, but not yet. I'm doing lots better. the shingles are gone, I had a mild case since I was vaccinated. the whooping cough is getting better too. I've tried to keep going and not let it get me down. the cough will hang on for a long time, but I don't feel too bad. the good news is I stopped eating meat about 3 weeks ago and can't believe how much better my arthritis is. I didn't know that would happen. I just don't care much for meat anyway and it is so expensive. I still eat a little fish. my right hand, still crooked, but not swollen and not painful, so that is a win! hope you have a good day. my sis has her bladder removal surgery tomorrow. sure hope it goes well. have a good day and talk to ya later.
