hi Judi. yeah, if I am going anywhere or doing anything, it has to be in the morning, because by noon or a little after, I'm tired and not good for much. ha. so I try to walk, then do dishes and make my bed and whatever else needs done, then go shopping or run errands. afternoons I  just take it easy if I can. my knee is swelling and painful but I'm not going to the doctor unless I have to. it's so hot and humid here, you can't stand to be outside very long. yes, my cat is 15 and she is not doing so well. she's not eating. but she still drinks water and doesn't really act sick, she's always slept a lot, like all cats. hope you have a good day. the week just flew by. I don't like weekends much. hugs
