good night 😴💤💤 hi Cheryl. it was 88 here today and very windy. yuk. but tomorrow's high will be 58. up and down. never know how to dress. glad your checkup was good. I take a blood pressure pill too. but that's it. I hate medicine. I always make my dr tell me if there's any diet or lifestyle change I can do instead. Let me know how the progesterone works. Amanda's dr wants her to take it to see if that will make her start having periods again. she is afraid to take it. I have flonase I use once in a while. my sinuses and allergies are bad. but I'm thankful I'm still walking around and feel well mostly. have a good night. we are going to celebrate my grandson Benton's birthday this weekend. 12 years old. sleep well.
