Do you eat meat for breakfast? lol.  You could have greek yogurt with fruit and honey and some nuts or eggs (which I don't eat). I have Scottish oatmeal with flaxseed and fruit and ricotta cheese on the side.
High 80's and 90's here all week. I hate it. In the winter I can keep adding layers and stay warm. Plus the heat makes me sick.
