tired splash 🥱🌙 I almost tried to go walking today, but I''m gonna give it one more day to thaw a little. it got up to 33 today. I feel awful when I don't walk. I get all stiff. ha. gotta keep moving. gosh, you have some cold weather. I don't love meat. I like burgers and tacos, never cared for steak, don't eat pork. so it wasn't really hard for me to stop eating meat. I quit eating chicken because I feel sorry for they way they are treated on factory farms. I used to eat our beef from our cows because I knew they were treated well. but I don't really miss it. I like fish, but only eat it once in a while. I love beans, except lima beans. love vegetables. yeah, walking on a treadmill isn't as fun as walking outside. hope you have a nice night and stay warm.
