Albus Severus was back at his granny's house; Molly who understood how much he worried about Malfoy's disappearance was spoiling him with his favourite plum cake without much success. Albus, looking miserable, looked at his nana and decided to be honest.
Albus Severus: "Nana, would you tell dad if Scorpius and I had wandered in the Hog's Head Tavern? Not that Mr Dumbledore has let us drink fire whiskey, or not much of it, but he's always had very strange visitors and we... I mean, I had borrowed uncle George spy ears and we had listened to conversations that maybe we shouldn't have."
