Hi Diane...ty for the crab and for spotting in mine.  I think your wise to stay in doors with the air con on.  I did that today had the fan going all day.  So hoping tomorrow will be a lot cooler that is what the forecasters are saying anyway.  I have my Xray tomorrow so I am up early.  Hope all goes well with your nurse.  As you say it's good you have the support.  Have a great day xxx

Hi Diane hope you had a good day been nice here never went above 20 so am very happy!
got all my work bits together & ready for the week and have had a nice shower & got my clean PJ's on ready for bed in a while! all in all a relaxing day
oh i love a potato salad not had that in ages might have to make some
we had some lamb tonight had it with a nice salad  did not fancy cooking veg too
think Jake is happier its cooled off a little for him he does get fed up in the heat!
