Hello Diane, as we are approaching Mid Winter here our days are shorter. This morning I woke before daylight and needed to go to the bathroom. Both cats were sleeping either side of me and I didn't want to wake them so I had to somehow shuffle out of bed. New cat Mindy can be somewhat flighty when disturbed. I didnt want to wake her as she might want to go outside and that is a no no when it is dark. Mungo just sleeps on as he knows my routine. My life is ruled by my cats. And I would not have it any other way. Enjoy your day.

Bull ty.  Glad the thunderstorms stayed away.  They are saying we might get them now.  We have a change in the weather.  It's dull and cooler today.  I suppose that had to happen eventually but we had a lucky run.  Getting my hair done today will be glad it's got far to long for my liking.  Got word last night my Mom has a cough and the doctor is saying chest infection.  I am waiting for an update from my sister.  Always worrying when my Mom gets sick.  have a good day Diane..xxx

Morning Diane, I've ordered another saw blade. Cheaper than I thought @ ten pounds. I thought as it's tungsten tipped it would be more. Always a nice surprise when some things are cheaper than expected. Was a quiet day yesterday even with the golf on. I went to bed when they had about five holes to go but see Scheffler won. Trouble was only Rham pushed him. I thought with all those on six under one or two would have a good day. But as you say it's a dangerous course. I'm off to town now to drop some stuff off @ the charity store, & have a chat if they have the time.  It's still on the cool side here but no rain. In this part of the country it's been weeks since it rained & we are to be careful with the water. No hose pipes etc. I use any used water to water the garden. The water butt is almost empty..Hope all is well with you..Have a good day.

Morning Diane hope you slept well seems i slept like a log last night woke not so congested so fingers crossed!
glad there were no storms so you could enjoy the golf yesterday!
well back to work i go see what this week has in store for me we have a holiday next Monday so another 3 day weekend to come then no more hols until mid August!
well best get myself moving hope for a quiet day work wise although i am not sure that will happen on a Monday!!

Goodnite hug,,nice dry sun day here.  15 deg.  Blue sky,,rain coming tonite next 3 days,,windy here 45 km,,ferries might shut down,, supper oven ham steak baked potato ,,Walmart had strawberries huge  $1 a pound pkg USA.   Got 4 pkg. washed froze saved some for fridge,,no bad ones,, chic legs. $6 fam pkg got 2,, all freezer now divided,, got groc shop good for while now,,again,  ,,all good here,,sure like my haircut. ( pixie). So short,, nice  for summer,,  bed early with book,,stay safe. Warm nite hugs
