Oh...I remember that ice storm...had to call the military out.
I just noticed that our highway south was opened earlier this morning...so that is a relief. Still other little bits and bobs of roadway closed though. Not going anywhere excepting to the new pool opening today...it has been a long drawn out affair to get this pool built. They are doing tours right now through late afternoon so will head out after lunch.

Not exactly. We have had the highway south of us closed since Monday...and then yesterday we were sort of boxed in with road closures. Much snow overnight...but the sun is out today...well, it was. And all is calm...BUT FROSTY.
