Hello dear Cassie. I hope things are ok there. Did you get a lot of snow? We were hit hard with the storm but ours was torrential rain, hail and more torrential rain. I'm a bit disappointed because Maggie hasn't experienced snow as yet. It's very grey and drizzly this morning. Any joy on getting your missing tray and roller?
