Hot Hot Hot here in Idaho I have a small amount of chores to do outside 1st thing & then it's back to the Family photos, I'm glad we took so many over the years & not happy, boy there sure is a lot...
That's terrible about your dog, happy life up to that point, poor baby. You know I can't remember ever losing a pet as a kid & my hubby & I have had our boys 14 yrs now, we have 2 meows 1 is 17 and a feral that decided 6 yrs ago on Valentines Day she no longer want to be in the snow/cold, used our dog door, found the guestroom bed & been here ever since, Spicy Wee Girl, she's currently under the weather, I drop her off this am for x rays, she has refused all food for 6 days now, 2 mice heads & a bird might be her problem, we shall know today. My 2 boys, bless they're hearts were never sick a day in 12 yrs, not even an ear infection, odd for Cockers, and then we moved to Idaho and my Finn was diagnosed with Sweet's Syndrome, damn near killed him, my Vet had no clue, he's much better but struggles with tummy issues from time to time. Gavin was diagnosed with congestive heart failure last Nov., with costly meds we are currently doing well, from the research I've done, taking his age in to account the Vet says maybe 18 months, his face has begun to turn white with age, both boys are black, love them like our kids even if the 4 are Lazy Freeloaders...I know that once their gone I don't think I can commit long term to another but I would consider fostering.
Well my dear we are in a heatwave for the next 10 days, daylight has broke & I want to water before all the lovely Bee's arrive...Wishing You a Beautiful Week Ahead...hugs
