It’s good they are starting to plaster now you don’t want to be feeling cold now the cold weather has started . It was nice and sunny here till I got back from the charity shop in the afternoon when the heavy rain started and it carried on all evening , dry thus morning so far but it’s forecast more rain later probably when I’m of to art . I am glad you have had some nice weather but sorry to hear about the river breaking its banks.  We have had an enormous amount of rain here and there is a lot of flooding hereabouts.  Thankfully we are up the hill from the river but our water table is high in the well.  The girls have not been out for walks - the forest is far too soggy and boggy.  Try not to do too much yourself and rest when you can.  The girls thank you for their cuddles and we send love hugs & blessings for you all and a special hug for Pippin.
