Hi Marguerite. Just home from Joan's as I stayed overnight. I went to evening mass with her. Going to 12 mass today as my friend's son is playing the organ and the Armagh Rose - Erin is singing . Erin has chosen the hospice as her charity of the year. Mark got home last night . His blood tests cam back ok but has lots of follow up appointments On cholestreol and blood pressure tablets. My brother died of a heart attack at 52 as did Chris at 29 and diabetic complications  so did a good check on Mark. The HHT is from his mum's side Her dad had it and had a bleed on the brain at 30 but was sorted. Mark's bleed came from that  and blood removed from his lung They will monitor him and sort medication for HHT . Lovely morning . Enjoy your Sunday x

We've got temperatures of around 20c as well. It feels warmer indoors though. Last night it was still 25c. We're having a relaxing weekend for a change. No long walks, just some reading & watching Netflix 😊
