Good morning Marguerite. We had a lovely sunny day and woke up to rain this morning. Joan was fine on her own and then had the girls for 6 hours. She stayed on her own last night too. Said she was fine just exhausted Laura collecting me the Joan at 11am to go to Newcastle to a lovely hotel Slieve Donard. It will do Joan good to get out of the house Laura and family can go a walk while Joan and I stay in the hotel, We are booked in for a meal.  Have a good day x

Easter bunny thank you Marguerite was. Beautiful sunny day here yesterday for a change bur a chilly breeze lovely behind the glass so warm .I got my fire done , did some washing and then I made several cottage pies. For the freezer. Did sit in the conservatory late afternoon and finished my book and srarted another one .yes enjoyed casualty and my lovely cosy fire .no rain but it’s forecast now for the next few days .have a nice relaxing Sunday xx

Hi Marguerite, I hope your weather is holding up, it has been lovely here now for a day or two (I lose track of time these days).  I know Bonnie has been having some long walks with Malc - I had noticed that everywhere is coming alive now.  Our magnolia is in full bloom and the Camelias - daffodils are still waving their sunny heads and I expect the blue bells will be out soon and as you say the hawthorn is out everywhere and it is such a delight to see along with the bright yellow of the gorse hereabouts.  I just love Spring time!  No doubt you and Pippin have been taking it all in.  I see you have many Easter pots  I have a few from previous years but they do change the challenges so I am working on a couple just now.
I hope you have a restful Mother's day - look after yourself, love hugs & blessings for you all.  Thank you for the cuddles for Bonnie & we return them to Pippin.
