Its been another miserable day here we have had a mix of rain sleet and heavy hailstones at time x
I did the food shop it was nice and quiet i think everyone was in hiding lol x Then pottered for a while x My elderly neighbour came over in the afternoon with some home made jam baring in mind he is 91 lol he sat for a while and we had a cuppa x He has a great memory puts me to shame lol xx I hope you have had a good day and better weather than us x I am ready for my last orangutan but still have a couple more on the toucan vase i will be glad to see the back of them if truth be told x I am just having a cuppa and finishing returns in here x I am going to watch the Darts not much else on anyway xx Enjoy your evening x Night night and sleep well later xx See you again soon xx

Hello dear Marguerite. I honestly can not believe that your Autumn Fayre is this weekend. That really has come around very quickly. I hope that the weather will be good for you all, tomorrow looks rather stormy. It's a lovely day here, makes up for yesterday's rain. Maggie has been assisting me with some more weeding - most of the time she has been watching every move from her standing position on the table and then, when my back is turned, she pounces. Honestly, I've spent more time laughing at her than actual weeding. I hope all goes well today my friend. Good morning Marguerite. That is great to have something to look forward to. Great that you have family to look after John too when you go away.  I went back to sw last night, got a taxi there . I had one and a half pounds on so I was happy enough as haven't been walking  and not watching my diet. So back on track. Raining so need a brolly when I go to the hairdressers.  Take care x

Morning Marguerite, another wet and cold day yesterday didn’t  venture far only  to put the bins out . Spent a lot of time on the phone sorting stuff out then did the ironing  . Hope  it’s a bit better today my drive is full of mud from the road and field it need to dry out xx

I'm pleased you had a good day and that you and Pippin enjoyed some sunshine on your walk. It stayed dry here as well and the temperature went up to 13c. It sounds like you're not doing too bad with your vases either. I've got my chick vases out, but only on the off chance that I come across a chick by accident .. lol ..
