Good morning Marguerite. Pouring down and 16 degrees. I am taking Abigail and Olivia on the train later for lunch at an Italian restaurant. The police rang Joan and they haven't even went to the council dump to view the cctv as no one was hurt. The insurance company got her a jeep to drive and her car will be ready next Wednesday as she had full insurance. We had a gorg sunny day 24 degrees yesterday so I sat out for a while. My fridge freezer has to be replaced it is only 4 years old and integrated so costs more than free standing . But can't do without it. I didn't replace it last year when I got the new kitchen as it was only 3 years old then . We went to see the play Girl On The Train. It was excellent. Going again on Monday to see Mother of all Behans   . Laura buys me theatre tickets for looking after the girls and for my birthday. I brought Anne to one a few months ago then Mary on Tuesday and my cousin Denise to the next one . Hopefully it is cooler for you and Pippin.  x

Hi Marguerite yesterday was another hot sticky day I went out in the morning to post a birthday card and pick up my prescription came back did my washing then after lunch went to the concourse mainly for a look round and be somewhere cooler . Came back changed into my shorts and stayed in doors after that my hair was even wet and my clothes were sticking to me when I got out of the car . Made a nice salad for Tea and tgat was my day . I’m hoping it will be cooler today nothing planned perhaps some ironing if it’s not too warm otherwise just take it easy . Take care xx

Good morning Marguerite, it was quite chilly here yesterday but Tuesday was extremely hot.  I am hoping it will be warmer today.  Still very little sign of rain though.  The ground is very thirsty   Malc has been getting Bonnie out for short walks as his leg is still painful.  I have suggested resting it bur I speak to a brick wall.  He feels it is better to keep moving.  Enjoy your flower arranging and your walks with Pippin and tyvm for the cuddles sent to Bonnie, they are returned to Pippin - have a super day and enjoy the sunshine if you have it.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all 🤗🤗🐾🐾🦋🌹💕🌞
