Not feeling up to par today, Not much help to D in the kitchen either as he gets ready for Thanksgiving. 
Bessie is asleep, she got in bed with me earlier, too. She sure missed her daddy, yesterday, mopey the whole time.

Pleased you have had a reasonably good day despite the damp and dreary start.  It rained heavily all last night until early afternoon when the sun peeked out briefly and Malc took Poppy for a walk or perhaps it was a carry - he said he had to pick her up so many times because of deep puddles - she would not go through them and they were pretty extensive so she could not find a way round them.  I think he was quite exhausted when he got home.  She enjoyed her cuddles thank you. Off out soon, yet another appointment, at least it gets me out of my apartment, It's dry today, but no sun, and very, very cold. I put my Motability scooter on charge. Our builder did come round yesterday and is coming back next week to do some repairs - I'll save all of this waffle for a message! Good morning Marguerite. The Macmillan nurse spoke to Fr Joe yesterday and left him lots of info. His friend was discharged yesterday so he is missing him. However he was very pleased  I had organised a deacon to bring him communion. Denise and I are bringing Eilish over to see him today. They will be having another meeting on Friday so might hear if he is being moved . I am sure  Pippin brings you a lot of happiness. I took my friend's dog yesterday for a wlak then here for a while    Take care x
