Hello dear Marguerite. It sounds as though your efforts at the gym are starting to pay off, well done you. I managed to get quite a lot of gardening done yesterday, I was a woman on a mission. Maggie helped in her own special way! It's cloudy and very windy here today. I was going to do some more weeding but feel rather tired, overdid things a bit yesterday, and so I shall watch some of the tennis for a while. I hope your day is going well my dear.
