Um, I went through that 9 years ago. Over the hot flashes bit lol Besides I'm on hormone therapy. I live on the top floor and I use the old AC that's built into the wall. It's not the most efficient. There is a newer one by the window but it's loud and blows everything around so I don't use it. It's hotter in my flat than it is outside. What I should have said was don't know why my flat still feels hot instead of why I feel hot. I just checked and the humidity is 81 percent so that's why. Hugs xx
