Do you recall I was telling you about Sam and the paper he wrote on Ultra Processed Foods was due to be published. It was published on the 4th August with lots of media interest . He was on ITV National news which was prerecorded. A live interview on Sky News on Tuesday 5th and had radio interviews in the morning on BBC BBC radio 4 Today programme and BBC Radio 5 . So super proud . Then also last week his girlfriend Charly was offered a job which she said is essentially a promotion for her but with a different company. I’ve had a busy but lovely few days Sam and Charly came to visit on Friday as it was my StepMums 80th Birthday party Saturday afternoon so lots of cooking for the party and Sam and Charly . We ate out Saturday night . We went to the Marygold Indian restaurant in Union street. It never disappoints and Saturday was brilliant. Then a sunny Sunday morning walk before Sam and Charly caught the afternoon train back to London. So I’m chilling today .
