Oh Helen I’m so so sorry! I seem to have written you a book and not a message XXX

Hi Helen good afternoon sprinkle. Hope you’re ok and had a good week . We have lovely weather at the moment . We are having to put sun tan cream on Elsa’s ears it’s been so sunny and warm . Sam came home Wednesday ( he lives in London) one of his school friends Tim who also lives in London is 30 this weekend so he’s having a Hereford based well actually Bromyard based celebration. They are all getting together meal out at the Talbot in Bromyard then tomorrow a walk up the Malvern Hills then party at Tim’s parents . Sam is staying Saturday night with another friend Ed ( who also lives in London) at his parents then going back to London with Ed on Sunday.
It’s been lovely having him home but , he goes to the gym every day eats very healthy but in very vast quantities!! Lots of veg . Thank goodness the weather is lovely so I can have the windows open to get rid of the smell of veg cooking ;sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, butternut squash and stir fry veg . The Sainsbury’s delivery driver on Wednesday asked if I was having a big family dinner as I had so much veg . I said no just for my son here for a few days 😂.
The next time I will see him is on his Graduation ceremony in May . It’s at the Royal Festival Hall .He’s got a PhD from University College London in Ultra Processed Food and the effects on the body . He is currently sat in the sunshine in his shorts starting off his tan working away . He’s had team’s meeting with people in London and the US . ( he did put his shirt back on 😂)
He flies to Washington next week as he’s been invited to give a talk on the research program he’s been working on regarding Ultra Processed Food . To me he still my Sam - eating machine , bull in a China shop , no common sense ❤️😂 . He popped to Morrison’s on the way back from the Gym to buy more fruit ( I he eats triple of everything !) he bought me a bunch of flowers 🥰
Yes absolutely definitely I would love to meet you when you visit . XXX
