Oh dear John I can see your having lots of fun playing mind games seriously though it’s not funny think I’d have been tempted to tell them to bog  off but I suppose it’s part of the treatment. I’ve just woken up So not a  bad sleep for me. . Just think your another day nearer going home . Hope you can catch a few more zzzzzz through the day . Stay positive. Xx

Gecko thanks John . Had my tea and washed up can relax now with some tv . Been watching betrayal last one tonight . Cold again tonight , I’ve got my heated throw but Havnt switched it on yet . Been awful today sunny for a minute then torrential downpours . Hope your blood test didn’t take too long and you don’t get any nasty side effects . Keep cheerful John . Have a good evening I expect it’s visiting time xx
