Hi Virginia it’s the  6 th actually but I will probably be on my own although the gardener said ie might call see how the grass is after it’s had some more rain on it . I have lots of present flowers and cards to open on the day too saved them all till then , I did receive a Cornish afternoon tea this morning from my niece so I think that might get eaten before the big day . I am  going out with the art group on the Thursday though for a meal so I think I might treat them all . Had visitors today my sister in law and twin boys I say boys they are now 25 my brother being no longer with us , they are off to the lakes tomorrow and my sister lives down in Surrey so I don’t get to see her much she’s getting on too and with the price of petrol these days it’s better staying put . In bed now night godbless xx

Hi Virginia hope you’ve had a good day and John is ok too . The expected rain didn’t arrive today in fact it was quite pleasant and warm though not too much sun . Made a start on cleaning my windows and tgen the gardener came to shift the bags of moss they got out of the lawns he brought me a jar if his honey unfortunately due to all our rain he’s lost half of his bees so honey is going to be a bit short till the weather  improves.
