Hiya Sandra, happy Friday! And thanks for the link! I shall be sure to have a good read of that and then have a go at some plank exercises. Sounds good to me because I hate sit-ups and I would like to tone up my middle! Phew, it still sounds like it's so hot over there, i just couldn't cope. Much cooller here and quite rainy.
