Hi Sandra, thank you for spotting.  Nicole and everyone takes it extremely slow...you can't go more the 5 mph, what is a 30 min trip to work takes her forever...a couple of hours.  It snows and it gives a little traction on the ice...I just pray.  Her apartment was cleared and don't have to vacate.  The inspector put in work orders to repair the wholes they made in ceiling.  I think what cause the fire was someone burned something they should not have put in the fire place or it was clogged.  So the property managers need to have maintenance check on the fireplaces.  I wish apartments would stop putting the in, people do not understand how to use a wood burning fireplace.  My fireplace in NJ was gas...Heat and Glow and I loved it...it took the chill out of the main floor.  Hope your weather is getting better and warming up.  Xx
