Hi Sandra! How exciting that Richard is retiring. So much more time to do fun stuff and just relax too and enjoy the fruits of his labour! Hope he enjoys his party. Yes, finally started on the last trail, the first critter is the uni so waiting for the mush to go rfh. It seems like a long list to go through, eek, stress!!! but like you say, you only have to do it once. The greenhouse will be very handy. Jack's new house is very dated in its decor, fixtures and fittings - when it was newly built in the 60s a single lady moved in and lived there all her life til she died recently and never made any changes - but it will be lovely when they've renovated. Hopefully they will be in before baby's born! We're having warm weather here now - about time! Have a great weekend x
