A little mouse scurried by stopping to say hello. After introductions, Harry the mouse told them about a very special fairy that might be able to help them. Harry said he had seen her cottage way over on the other side of the enchanted woods. Harry offered to lead the way. It was a long walk so Seanachai flew back to her cottage to enlist Broom’s help. Back they flew. Broom was looking bristly because his new straws were starting to grow in but being the trooper he was and not having flown since Halloween, he was a willing to give Dexter and Harry a lift. And so it was that the trio set off—Dexter and Harry sitting on Broom with Seanachai fluttering along beside.
Day turned into night as the strange group flew over the treetops of the enchanted forest. As the sun started to peek over the horizon, there was a strange spluttering!
