Hi Deirdre, lovely quiet spring morning. It's cloudy but so many birds are out. Just finishing morning coffee. Made it to class yesterday, but feeling a bit sore around my ankle today. It's certainly a delicate balance, trying to rest and still get work and activities in. Lots to do in the studio as well. Hoping Joan continues to improve, slowly and surely. It's a long recovery. You will be off on a break soon won't you? Hope so! take care xo
