Hi Deirdre, So sorry that you suffer from Polymyalgia and I know steroids can be very hard on the body. I hope you don't have too many flare ups. I was also taking Risendronate, but have stopped. Still taking calcium though and hoping that all the exercise will help keep the osteoporosis from getting worse. Also have made changes to my diet since getting the diagnosis. Haven't been back to my Better Bones class yet, but did get to physio on Friday. Hoping to make it to the class tomorrow though one of my feet has suddenly started giving me trouble! One thing after another. Had a nice quiet weekend with some time in the studio on a piece that is starting to take shape, and some things that needed doing around the house. We had a lovely snowfall yesterday. Hope you feel ok after the dentist last week and have had a good weekend xo

Good evening Deirdre glad you had a lovely evening last night, I hope you enjoyed your breakfast and have had a good day.  My youngest son and his partner came over and took John and I out to lunch, we had a lovely time as we went to the Garden Centre.  I came home with 2 pots of mixed flowers, they look lovely out on the patio.  We also got bird food, I need to clean my feeders in the morning and refill them again.  Enjoy your evening and sleep well.
