Good evening Deirdre I hope you have had a good day and you and Joan managed to get to and from the hospital without getting too wet. We have had a mixture of sunshine and torrential rain too but I have managed to walk Pippin and get my other things done without getting soaked.  Nice we have a few days off of watering the garden.  I was thinking Joan had spent a fortune on getting the garden sorted but it will be well worth it getting it done before the Winter storms arrive.  Enjoy your evening and sleep well.
